Be the leader overseeing all child-specific Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs, training, treatment recommendations, and consultations to maintain excellent clinical standards. You will maximize client progress to help develop and maintain treatment plans through data collection graphing charts and make necessary changes to ensure best practices are being administered. 

What We are Looking For: 
  • BCBA Certification: Board Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis, per BACB guidelines 
  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field 
  • Experience working with children on the autism spectrum and other developmental disabilities 
  • Passionate about clinical quality and client progress to drive decision making and best practices 
  • ABA advocate to ensure parent meetings/trainings are conducted, while also promoting services 
  • Exceptional skillset with leadership, time management, and observation 
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, be highly organized with an ability to multi-task 
  • Effective Collaborator and team-plater, who is empathetic and culturally competent 
  • Protect clients’ rights and privacy according to HIPAA regulations 
  • Develop and supervise training programs for staff development using evidence-based strategies 
  • Assign a well-matched RBT or BT for each case. 
  • Support the Behavior Technicians to ensure
